UPM Supplier Online Platform (SOP) is a digital service channel for our RCP (recovered paper) suppliers and hauliers. It contains two applications for different purposes.

Time Window Management is for steering deliveries and booking time windows for our hauliers and suppliers. Purchase Order Info gives an overview for our suppliers about their Purchase Orders.

How does the Supplier Online Platform help you in your daily work?

Time Window Management

The Time Window Management App will help you steer your deliveries more efficiently. The tool is designed for booking time windows for your RCP deliveries. You will have a list of all your RCP deliveries for the week with all relevant details. You can easily and directly book time windows for unloading of each delivery. The app offers you the possibility to re-print your delivery note document with updated information. Excel export is available.

Purchase Order Info

Purchase Order Info App is designed for our Suppliers and Goods suppliers to provide an overview of your purchase orders:

  • Ordered quantity
  • Already delivered quantity
  • Open quantity
  • Planned trucks

Checks in the past or an outlook in the future are possible. Excel export is available.
