Personalize your Dashboard and utilize Quick Search, which brings you directly to needed info about orders, deliveries, stock and invoices.
In COL Dashboard you find relevant information about new features and notifications. UPM Twitter messages and Paper News are in your usage as well. Quick Links route you to UPM Internet sites that contain valid information about UPM Paper, for example UPM Certificate’s Finder.
UPM’s European customers are also provided with Delivery certificate confirmations, required for intra-community deliveries from Germany.
If you are an European customer, you can easily order unprinted paper samples. Sample request is routed to relevant Customer Service person, who will handle it without any delays.
You will also have a list of your requests, so it is very easy to follow up the status of requests, as well as delivered requests.
E-Claims is your gateway to easy claims creation. You can list and select affected packaged online, claim cost calculation based on invoice price and link claims to related Credit Notes. Attaching claim evidence (pictures, documents, etc.) is swift!
You will have visibility to all your claims, not only the ones created via COL Web Service, as well as export your data to excel. This all will reduce risk of human errors and need for routine phone calls and emails.
